Minthra Health supports patient questionnaires, pre-visit details, reusable patient profiles, and staff intake review. Your clinic remains responsible for medical decisions, its patient relationship, and its systems of record.

We prioritize clear language, guided forms, progress that saves, and appropriate access to each clinic’s information. Product and operational safeguards are described on our security and compliance page.

Practices should be able to improve intake while keeping their existing EHR. We are planning structured information exchange and integration boundaries around that goal. Production connections must be reviewed and implemented for each environment; they are not assumed from a vendor name.
