How it works
A clearer path from invitation to review.
For practice owners, administrators, front-desk teams, and clinical operations: connect what patients provide with what staff need to review.
1. Create your Minthra workspace
Create a clinic account and organization, then add authorized staff members. Owners manage membership while staff use the intake queue.
2. Configure your intake workflow
Start with the available general medical intake questionnaire and define how your team assigns, reviews, and completes cases. A self-service form builder and specialty workflow configuration are planned.
3. Assign intake for the visit
Create an intake case with the patient’s details and date of birth, assign the questionnaire, and issue an access code. Share the code directly with the patient. Automated appointment-linked assignment and invitation delivery are planned.
4. The patient completes intake remotely
The patient opens the intake in a browser, confirms access using their code and date of birth, reviews existing details, and answers visit-specific questions. Draft progress saves on the server.
5. Minthra organizes the responses
The patient reviews and signs the questionnaire. The application preserves the submitted answers and form version and moves the case to ready for review.
6. Staff reviews the completed intake
Staff review the patient details, submitted summary, signature, and changes from previous patient information. Submitted answers stay read-only. Clinical interpretation and your EHR workflow remain with your care team.
7. The patient arrives better prepared
Your team has a consistent place to review pre-visit information and follow up on questions. Keep an alternative intake workflow for patients who need assistance or cannot complete the questionnaire online.
