Staff authentication uses cookies to establish and maintain a signed-in session. The authentication service may also use cookies for session caching and related sign-in state.

After a patient access code and date of birth are verified, a patient-session cookie connects the browser to that assigned intake. The session expires after two hours. The cookie contains an opaque token; questionnaire answers are saved on the server.

The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Website imagery is served through Minthra Health rather than a third-party stock-photo embed.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or patient intake from working. Sign out when you finish, particularly on a shared device.
