What is Minthra Health?
Minthra Health is patient intake and pre-visit workflow software for healthcare organizations. Patients share information before the visit, and staff review it in a clinic workspace.
Does Minthra replace my EHR?
Minthra is designed to complement your existing systems by improving the intake in front of them. Clinical charting, orders, billing, and your system of record remain with your practice’s existing tools.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. The current intake experience works in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Can patients save intake and return later?
Draft answers save on the server. Patients can resume on the same device while their two-hour session is active. After sign-out or session expiry, the clinic must issue a new code. Access codes expire after seven days and can be redeemed once.
Can returning patients reuse previous information?
The current application supports clinic-scoped patient profiles and prefilling later questionnaires with stored details. Staff-assisted matching and review help keep reuse tied to the correct patient and organization.
Can we customize questionnaires?
The current release includes a versioned general medical questionnaire with conditional follow-up questions. A self-service form and workflow builder is planned; practice-specific template requirements can be discussed in a demo.
Can Minthra support multiple locations?
Organization workspaces and staff membership are available now. Location-specific routing and consolidated multi-location operations are planned. Contact us to discuss your rollout rather than assuming those capabilities are currently deployed.
Does Minthra support specialty-specific workflows?
General medical intake is available. Specialty pages describe workflow requirements and examples for planning. Prebuilt specialty modules and self-service specialty configuration are not currently available.
Can Minthra integrate with our EHR?
Healthcare interoperability is on the roadmap. Production EHR connectors, certified vendor integrations, and automated EHR write-back are not currently deployed. Feasibility depends on your environment, vendor access, and agreements.
How is patient information protected?
Current application safeguards include HTTPS, clinic-scoped access checks, staff roles, protected sessions, and hashed patient access codes. Healthcare readiness also requires review of infrastructure, agreements, vendors, policies, and operations. See the security page for current status.
Can patients upload insurance cards?
Structured insurance information can be collected in the questionnaire. Document uploads require configured private storage and deployment validation; uploads are disabled on the current public deployment. Patients are directed to bring documents or contact their clinic.
Can staff see incomplete intake?
Staff can follow case and questionnaire status and open saved drafts. The current queue shows new, in-progress, ready-for-review, and completed cases. Automated missing-information alerts are not a claimed capability.
Can forms be versioned?
The application stores versioned form definitions and preserves a snapshot of the questionnaire and answers at submission. Submitted responses are read-only.
Is Minthra available for small practices?
Small practices can create a workspace and discuss their requirements with us. Published plan pricing is not finalized; contact sales for launch pricing and review deployment requirements before healthcare production use.
How do I request a demo?
Use the Request Demo page to share your organization, provider and location counts, current system, and primary challenge. Please do not include patient information or protected health information.
Where do patients get an access code?
The patient’s clinic creates and shares the code. Minthra’s general contact form cannot verify a patient or issue a replacement code. Contact your clinic if a code is missing, expired, or already used.
