Service terms
Using Minthra Health responsibly.
These terms describe the intended use of the Minthra Health website and intake platform. Any separately executed clinic agreement governs the services it covers.
Last updated October 13, 2026
Scope of the service
Minthra Health provides patient intake and pre-visit workflow tools. The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Medical and appointment questions should go directly to your clinic.
Clinic accounts and authorized access
Clinic users must provide accurate account information and access only workspaces and records they are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for adding appropriate team members and keeping their access current.
Before using the service for protected health information, organizations must confirm applicable business associate agreements, service-provider arrangements, and operational safeguards. See security and compliance.
Patient intake and representatives
Use only an access code issued for you or for a patient you are authorized to assist. Do not share access codes or an active session with an unauthorized person. Provide information accurately to the best of your knowledge and contact your clinic about corrections after submission.
A typed signer name and recorded submission are part of the intake record. Any separate clinical consent or authorization is governed by the clinic’s own documents and requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another clinic’s records, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, or use the platform unlawfully. Do not include health information, credentials, or access codes in general contact inquiries.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Clinics should maintain an alternative workflow for time-sensitive intake. Minthra Health does not publish a guaranteed service level through these website terms.
Privacy and records
Our privacy policy describes information handling. Clinic-specific obligations, retention, and patient rights may depend on the clinic’s agreements and applicable requirements.
Intellectual property
Minthra Health branding and website content are provided to describe the service. These draft terms do not transfer ownership of platform software or materials, and do not change ownership of information provided by a clinic or patient. Licensing and use rights should be defined in the applicable service agreement.
Limitations — counsel review required
Any warranty, liability, indemnity, or dispute provisions must be defined and reviewed in final terms. No monetary limitation, waiver of patient rights, or arbitration requirement is established by this draft page.
Termination and access
Clinics may manage staff membership and patient access within their workspace. Contractual suspension, termination, data return, and retention obligations must be specified in the applicable clinic agreement and final terms.
Questions and separate agreements
Email info@minthrahealth.com or use Contact us for questions about these terms or clinic service arrangements. Pricing, deployment commitments, support service levels, and any business associate agreement must be addressed in the applicable clinic agreement.
