Minthra resources
Build a consistent front-desk review workflow
Use case status and a repeatable review process to organize intake before the patient arrives.
Assign responsibility
Decide who creates intake cases, shares patient access codes, reviews responses, and follows up on incomplete information. Keep staff membership and roles aligned with those responsibilities.
Use status as a handoff
The current Minthra queue tracks new, in-progress, ready-for-review, and complete cases. Agree on what each status means for your team, and avoid marking a case complete before the assigned review is done.
Review the submission
Check the patient-provided visit reason, relevant administrative details, signed submission, and changes from the previous profile. Clinical interpretation belongs with the appropriate care team.
Handle corrections deliberately
Submitted intake is read-only. Define how your clinic handles a correction or changed information after submission, rather than treating a previous signed snapshot as an editable draft.
Keep the EHR workflow clear
Production EHR connections are not currently deployed. Plan how staff use intake alongside the existing system of record and which steps remain manual until an integration is agreed and implemented.
